Choose cereal that has at least 3 grams of fiber per serving but aim for even more. Also, choose cereal with less than 120 calories per serving. And because many cereals, even those for adults, can be high in added sugar, look for those with less than 13 grams per serving. And remember, cereal serving sizes are usually 3/4 cup to 1 cup. Check the nutrition label.
